Project Narrative

This project represents the transformative interior renovation of a prominent waterfront destination within a large-scale retail and entertainment complex -repositioning three previously distinct restaurant spaces into a unified, highly adaptable hospitality environment.

Spanning approximately 25,000 square feet, the redesigned interior establishes a cohesive and immersive guest experience defined by clear circulation, layered materiality, and a refined lighting strategy. The consolidation of spaces allows for operational efficiency while creating a flexible framework capable of supporting dining, social engagement, and large-scale events. A future mezzanine level is planned to further activate the volume—introducing elevated vantage points and expanded program opportunities for private events and entertainment.

The design extends beyond the interior through the introduction of approximately 2,400 square feet of exterior terrace space overlooking the adjacent boardwalk and lake. This outdoor environment acts as a natural extension of the interior, enhancing the guest experience with direct connections to the waterfront and supporting year-round use through flexible seating and programming.
