With more than 33 years of architectural practice, Rich leads RH+ARCH with a focus on design, professional judgement, and the successful delivery of built work. His experience spans projects of varying scales and complexities, from early programming and design through technical documentation, permitting, consultant coordination, and construction.

Known for a direct, hands-on approach, Rich brings design intent and technical execution together—transforming complex ideas into clear, thoughtful, and buildable solutions. His work is guided by a simple principle: design with purpose, resolve the details, and get it built.
